Spring/Summer ‘25
As the days grew longer and the sun stretched higher, I found myself chasing adventures both close to home and further afield. Spring led me across misty reservoirs and moorland villages, where history seemed to linger in every stone and shadow. Summer swept me to sunlit coasts and whitewashed hill towns, where the air smelled of salt, jasmine, and grilled sardines. From the quiet green streets of Bournville to the windswept moors of Haworth, from the dramatic sweep of Derwent Dam to the golden sands of Torremolinos, this season has been a tapestry of contrasts – wild and calm, historic and modern, familiar and new.
Framow Kernow
There’s a certain magic to Cornwall that refuses to be bottled - a blend of wind-whipped coastlines, golden light, and stories carved into stone. Whether it’s the hush of morning mist over Bodmin Moor or the crash of waves beneath the cliffs at Tintagel, every corner tells a tale. This blog is my attempt to gather those moments - the quiet, the wild, the everyday - and share the Cornwall I’ve come to know, not just as a place, but as a feeling.

Not Just Fires
Will you come down to the station and take some photos? Count me in! Undoubtedly one of the most exciting days I’ve had. Read about my time at the Fire Station, where it’s a lot more than just fighting fires.

The Real Farm
Farming is one of Britain’s toughest industries. But thanks to shows like Clarkson’s Farm, it has been jettisoned into the public’s conversation. Here’s the story of my visit to a dairy farm in south Cheshire.

The Theory of Everything
Inspired by the Academy Award Winning film, The Theory of Everything, I was able to explore the beautiful city of Cambridge - with it’s sumptuous architecture, hidden alleyways and historic university, the perfect weekend getaway.
